As a certified project management professional, Jim is passionate about sharing his knowledge with new and experienced practitioners in the field. His experience leading a wide array of strategic initiatives allows Jim to connect with his audience using real examples that are relevant and practical. Jim offers one, two and three day courses in Project Management Fundamentals that teach new practitioners how to use project management techniques to plan, organize, control, document, and close out their projects successfully and with minimum risk.
Consulting Services
He also provides a variety of project management consulting services ranging from organizational assessments and methodology development to hands-on coaching and mentoring. In each of these projects, the goal is to achieve your organization's strategic vision by ensuring an efficient and controlled transformation process.
